This Privacy Policy applies strictly to the "Nexus Intel Starter Edition" Chrome Extension provided by Nexus B2B Intelligence. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how our tool operates.
To provide its core lead extraction functionality, our extension requires permission to read the content of the web pages you actively visit (activeTab / all_urls). This access is used strictly and only to locate and extract public B2B email addresses when you manually click the extract button.
Our extension acts purely as a front-end user interface. It securely sends the extracted text to your locally installed Nexus Local Companion App (.exe). All data processing, email verification, and file generation (PDF/Excel) occur locally on your own machine.
We respect your privacy. Nexus does NOT collect, store, transmit, or process any of your extracted leads, personal data, or browsing history on our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties.
Because we do not store any of your extracted data on our servers, there is no remote data to delete. You have full control over your data locally. To remove all data associated with the tool, simply delete your exported files and uninstall the extension and the local engine.
Users are the sole controllers of the extracted data. It is your explicit responsibility to ensure that your use of the extension and the data obtained complies with all applicable laws, Chrome Web Store policies, and anti-spam regulations (such as GDPR or CAN-SPAM).
